What Black adds

Four things, and the first one is the reason

Ad-free viewing

Nothing interrupts the work. On a wall in your living room, an advertisement is not a minor annoyance - it is the whole problem.

Unlimited custom sequences

Build as many sequences as you like and set exactly what plays - by artist, period, mood, room, or time of day.

Advanced art access

The full curated collection, not the sample of it - tens of thousands of works, added to continuously.

The ArtCapture app, included

Photograph your own work or your own walls, straighten and color-correct it automatically, and stream it alongside everything else.

Free vs Black

Viewing is always free

You do not need an account to view, and you do not need to pay to keep viewing. A free account lets you like and favorite works so the stream learns what you want, on every screen you sign in on. Black removes the advertisements, lifts the limits, and opens the whole collection.

How to subscribe

Black is switched on from inside your account, so it works the same whether you started on a television, a phone or a browser.

  1. Create an account

A mobile number or an email address. On a television, scan the QR code in the Vasari Library with your phone rather than typing on a remote.

  2. Open Account Settings

Sign in on the web or in the app and go to your account’s billing section.

  3. Choose monthly or annual

Annual is two months free. Upgrade takes effect immediately across every device you are signed in on.

Working in the art world?

Black is the subscription for viewing. Artists, galleries, advisors and collectors use a different set of tools - market data, valuations, and private packages sent to a client’s screen. Those live in Vasari Codex.
